I'm a dedicated 40-year-old working mom of two with a passion for helping athletes of all kinds reach their potential. I bring specialized expertise in women's health, including hormone therapy, pelvic floor health, and menopausal fitness, alongside strength training, HYROX coaching, and practical programming that fits real life.
